A campsite booking system with zero owner commission
Many booking marketplaces charge a commission on each reservation. Campsty does not charge owner booking commission; your guests see a transparent booking fee at checkout instead.
Why commission-based booking adds up
Many booking marketplaces charge campsite owners a percentage of every reservation, on top of any listing fee. That commission comes directly out of your nightly rate, and it scales with your bookings — the more you sell, the more you pay.
How Campsty's zero-commission model works
- Campsty does not charge you booking commission; the guest sees the transparent booking fee at checkout.
- Campers pay a transparent booking fee at checkout, shown clearly before they pay.
- The campsite is the accommodation supplier. Payment and settlement follow the verified connected-account setup; Campsty is the booking and payment-orchestration platform.
- A branded booking page with your own campsite's look, plus direct-booking links you can share anywhere.
Payment methods your guests already use
Payment methods depend on the campsite's verified provider setup and supported countries. Campsty does not claim coverage beyond those confirmed options.
Common questions
- Does Campsty ever charge owners per booking?
- No. Owners are never charged a percentage or fee per booking. Campsty Direct has no monthly owner charge; the booking fee campers pay at checkout does not go to the owner's payout.
- Who pays the booking fee?
- The camper pays it at checkout, shown as a separate line item alongside the nightly rate — it's never deducted from the owner's payout.
- How do I receive payouts?
- Settlement follows the connected campsite account and provider setup. Connect the required payment account and confirm its eligibility before accepting guest bookings.
